All I saw was the Offer from LSU to Lane per Ross.

Wait until Sunday for anymore potential news unless Ole Miss fans go ahead run Lane out of town today.

I think is a general sentiment.

From On3

quote:

Meanwhile, in Baton Rouge, key LSU decision-makers are gearing up for a formal offer to the coach and his representatives. While specific details of the contract remain fluid, sources told Yahoo Sports that school executives have discussed a seven-year, incentive-laden deal worth at least $90 million — figures that would make Kiffin, at the very least, tied for the highest-paid coach in the sport. The school is, as well, promising significant NIL-related roster investments exceeding $25 million — perhaps the most important determining factor for the coach.

Don’t like when an offer from a specific school is leaked -Sexton could be doing his magic

Mix of things I guess.

They swear they’ve had an agreement signed since before we were even in the race.

Also think they have more money than LSU.

On3 reported all offers were about the same and Lanes ex wife’s family connections.

Because they’ve been to Gainesville and BR. They feel, most agree, there’s a big difference

Gainesville is not a good place lmao. Literally the worst of Florida. But to think a multi millionaire has to deal with the bad spots of town like a common person might have to is absurd.

Gainesville good one there.
It has to suck knowing you shot your shot and still couldn’t land the coach you wanted

Gainesville and BR are both extremely shitty places to live

For a multimillionaire coach though either can be great because with that much money anywhere can be

There is a zero % chance that Sexton hadn’t already shared each team’s offer with the other teams. It’s literally his job. Dellenger shared some pretty vague numbers with the public.

How did Dellinger find out about those specific numbers?

I don’t see why we wouldn’t think UF is still a threat. Their “insiders” are saying the same things that ours are saying. It would be foolish to believe they don’t have a shot. As it was said many times, someone is definitely getting played and we can’t be certain it isn’t us.

Doesnt Louisiana have a 3% state income tax? Thats a $2.7 million difference on the supposed $90 million. Thats chump change compared to the total but it appears this whole thing has all been to squeeze the max amount of money out of the bidders including letting a number out a week ahead of an announcement.
