Wasn’t there a school/college that the left was complaining about the % of black students?

Related to the % of blacks in the country
13%
So the school should have at least 13% blacks
Here’s my solution
Let’s make a law that dictates that all parts of society should have to hold up to that %
Tv
Commercials
Advertising
Etc
Etc
Etc
This percentage should hold true for gays, trans, mixed marriages and the rest of the mentally challenged

The number of anything you see in commercials, movies, etc does not match reality
Another problem is what the MSM puts on tv does not match reality
