Burrow puts on a clinic (again), OL was still sketchy af, John Rhys Plumlee ran for 2,000 yards, Tigers defense takes it to heart for the remainder of the season.

Burrow had 2 bad throws the entire game....and both got picked. Would be his last two picks of the season. Still shocked it happened otherwise it was a damn near flawless offensive performance.

Ole Miss hung a banner for their offensive performance that day.

I was at that game. We accidentally walked down the Ole Miss team hallway after oops. Their stadium felt like a H.S. stadium, can't imagine Kiffin wanting to play all his home games there vs. in Tiger Stadium.

I think they just didn't give a frick in the second half because Burrow and co literally couldn't be stopped It was cold and not worth hitting anyone

They finally sat Delpit the next week and let him get right for the last few games of the season.

I was at a Mardi Gras court party in Biloxi that night. I remember the LSU fans at the party excited about the 31-7 halftime lead and then get a little nervous as Ole Miss closed to 14 points a couple of times in the fourth quarter.

I was at that game..... it was the closest blowout of Ole Miss I had ever seen.
LSU's offense could have named the score... and did.
LSU's defense had some people injured which hurt their speed.

I think 1 of those picks he was trying to throw it away and just didn’t get enough on it. Orgeron almost had a coronary.
