First time an offense play results in less than a first down, fire him. First time the defense crosses their own 30 yard line, fire him. I think these are more than realistic expectations for the money.

First year is a grace period. Just look to see improvement on the offensive structure and play calling. There will be some loud trolling fans but the vast majority will look for improvement not looking to see perfection.

If he goes 9-4 in year one, they'll already be trying to see how he violated his "morality clause"...
Actually who am I kidding. If he indeed does become the next coach here, he'll have that contract so locked up and guaranteed, he could literally be strangling students to death in the Quad and still be safe.
