Here's a few things I will let you in on.
1. He is not in Baton Rouge "signing as we speak". He is in Oxford, probably asleep. He does not need to be in Baton Rouge to sign a contract people, this isn't the 1800s with Wells Fargo carriages running around handling Scrooge McDuck-sized bags of money and contracts.
2. It is not signed yet. It is agreed to, the contract is finalized and the numbers posted are accurate. They have not changed very much since Monday, in fact. Most of the discussion was around NIL and Lane confirming that Baton Rouge would indeed be a fit for his family (which it is).
3. The meeting tomorrow in Oxford is a formality, but I believe it will involve the OM AD and a few others (likely the president and their chief counsel).
4. There will be a press release by LSU in the morning after the contract is signed. Based on everything I am hearing, they will likely have a press conference tomorrow afternoon/evening with Lane Kiffin in person. I am quite certain he will mention that LSU is his dream job - I have personally heard him say this. He wants to be here, which is a damn hell of a lot more than Bum Kelly.
