Frank Wilson is our guy. Top 10 coaches are out of our budget

He’s shown loyalty to LSU and is our budget hire to having to pay Kelly’s buyout. 3 year deal with high incentive bumps for getting to playoffs and beyond. We can seek good coordinators and have money for NIL. No more guaranteed contracts going forward given we were burned on the Kelly contract. Per our governor he doesn’t reward failure.

Sorry, Mrs. Wilson. Coach Frank is not ever getting the big chair at LSU.
He’s a valuable recruiter - prob a key to LSU success- and he will have a spot in Kiffin’s staff to continue doing the same.

After seeing how disastrous it went with someone who didnt fit or get LSU, he seems like hed be a natural correction and has shown to be up to the task

We very quickly spent 18M in the portal last year. We quickly came up with $30M to offer as a lump sum payout for Kelly a couple weeks ago.

the governor isn't deciding who LSU hires and how he's paid. Landry talks a good game until the money people and those who really run the state told him to sit down and be quiet.
