The more I focus and dig in to this search it is becoming clear (to me) that Lane is not the guy we want . LSU is still solid and does not need a flashy ,flamboyant , hyper expensive and selfish head coach to win championships….we just need a competent coach that falls in love with LSU. I think Dilly should be the guy we are after.

Yeah, I'm not sure I want any of this drama.

You/the media are holding Kiffin accountable for the emotions of a fanbase and the reaction of the click media. What is he supposed to do if he wants to leave for a better job?

I would be good with Dilly or Eric Morris

LSU's whole identity after Saban and until Kelly was flashy and flamboyant.

Lane fits us like a glove.

Another OM HC steal is not in LSUs best interest financially or otherwise. No LK, thank you.

This x 100000000000. This board is bipolar and started countless threads on what they THINK LK is thinking and doing and then blame him for drama. It’s weird.

Yup. He would thrive at LSU.

Much of the content around Kiffin during these types of lulls is driven by hype and a desire to know, not by facts. 2 or 3 of the schools' fanbases are just suffering from idle hands, LSU included.

As I've said before - we are all just barking dogs looking for attention. I hope we get him. I love this iteration of the CC board. What other site even compares to TD during an LSU coaching search?
