Ben, one of the OM spirit guys on their 247 board, says he is hearing we interviewed Drink twice already. Personally I don't believe it but that's the conventional wisdom on their board now.

I can’t believe LSU would fire BK for $54 large and hire a worse coach who is already making $9 mil a year. There is no way. Somebody please tell me it ain’t happening.

Some one reported that LSU has had 3 interviews with Dilly.
I think it's safe to say that LSU has had interviews with all of their targets at this point. The domino to fall is Lane. If he comes on board, awesome. If he stays or goes to UF, then we move down the list relatively quickly.

Most likely scenario, he was looked at strongly by Verge and a couple boosters. But the info getting out and the pushback received will or has squashed it. It’s not like the old days. If people are mad you will hear it.
