Democrats dont care about that, its for votes and ideally subverting the status que / power structure by bringing in hostile immigriants that dont assimulate.

Correct, the claim is completely false. Given that this lie has been circulating for a decade, and has been repeatedly debunked, it is reasonable to assume that the Twitter poster was being intentionally misleading in an effort to farm engagement.
