Just Finished Round of Golf with Prominent Ole Miss Booster

He thinks at this point it's a 30% chance Kiffin stays at Ole Miss. Also mentioned that if he leaves, it would be for Florida. He loves fishing and the beach, and there is no state income tax there. That's a 3% uplift to his take home pay.

This is a factor for normal jobs, not for positions like this. Any good agent will make sure the difference is accounted for or a work around is found with an alternative revenue source/incentive.
