Mates whenever Im about to puss out over the 42 degree cold plunge at lifetime I watch this video of our Christiano taking an outdoor dip at much colder temps

I cold plunge everyday at 45 degrees. No matter how often I do it, I still try to talk myself out of it every single time, but I’m always glad I did it after the fact

Same. 3 hours of that glow outweighs the mental struggle. I always try to go in when someone else goes in as chatting makes it go faster
