I havent seen this trend but I believe it.
As a tangent, it was recently discussed how it is the first time in 40 years that no rap song was in the top40. I think part of it is because the best rap & hip-hop is coming from the Christian rap world. There are some fantastic artists like KB, Rare in Breed, Lecrae, Connor Price, Forrest Frank, Zauntee, Trip Lee, Andy Mineo, etc. For any Nelly (Country Grammar) fans, go checkout the Godtwang album from Rare in Breed.
