When the offense started running trick plays? Did it pump you up a little or did it remind you of a high school game? Your thoughts.

Excited. And it worked. We scored a TD on the drive.

I was fine with it but thought it was sad that we have to do that t score against one of the worst defenses in all of college football

It reminded me of when Matt Canada's offenses started all the motion and the crowd went wild.

I smiled. It was the most entertaining offensive drive of the season. Really nothing to play for other than pride and have some fun.

As much as we’ve thrown the wr screen, I’m wanting the fake block and fake throw. Like big Thaddeus Moss from Joe.

My thought was that the OC just said screw it, nothing is working, lets dump every trick play we have ever drawn up in one series. Good thing we did, because that series was the difference in the game.
But, why we haven't shown any of those plays before this game is just criminal. If we had them and didn't run them, it is just like not having them. Every good team in America runs some version of everything pulled out of their hat today. Players like that stuff and it keeps the D guessing. LSU needs to do a lot more of that the rest of the season.
And I'll add another.....heaven's knows we have set it up all season....and that is to run the screen to the outside, and then once the d comes up and stuffs it like they do every time, let one of the blockers, pretend to block and slip past the tacklers for an easy wide open TD, after a pump fake to the outside receiver. I can honestly say I have not seen LSU offense _'set up' a play to deceive the defense, this entire year, and imo, that is offense malfeasance.
