It clearly says cooler ranch and nacho cheese on the bags and discloses they are only removing artificial dyes.
They will taste the same. Adults will notice no difference. Kids may turn an eye to them because kids are stupid.

Because bright colors are more appealing to the eye. Thus, a bright orange dorito looks ‘tastier’ to our minds than a dull beige one.

They won't. European ones are a little different. Not drastically but they do taste different. One of those things that if you switched, after a while you'd never know the difference unless you went and tried the other style.
