Emotions have zero legal standing.
BK and LSU agreed to terms of a contract, so as much as I don’t like him, I don’t blame him for one second for trying to get every penny he’s legally entitled to.
State and university officials have made this mess, now they have to lay in it.

LSU has not breached the contract. Nor has it even been alleged that they breached the contract.
Kelly gets paid monthly. And will continue to, per the contract. If he wants a lump sum, then it’s up to LSU to accept the offer he’s making. LSU can, and did, reject his offer, as is its right to do so.
