We need Nick Saban to save this program

If there was ever a time for a drastic, quick change in the shitshow that is our current coaching situation (meddling governor, etc, etc), Nick Saban would make everyone forget this outside of Baton Rouge.
This is one and only last chance to have Nick finish what he started in Baton Rouge. It would give this city a much needed beacon of hope in what is usually crumbling infrastructure, bad traffic, and more bad traffic.
He would impact more people than he'd realize if he did, and he'd bring joy to this state. Maybe even a magical feeling.
At his age, he could do so much good, even if he doesn't win another title. It'd be a fitting conclusion, similar to LeBron James returning to Cleveland after his affair with Miami.

If he really wants to be here, sure. If LSU is coaxing him back into the game with more money than he could reasonably turn down that doesn’t inspire confidence.
This job takes a lot and a 73 year old who’s only half in it won’t get the job done, I don’t care who they are.

Make him Head Coach and AD. I can't choke down Verge's scandal. Respect for women is high on my list.

Saban is going to come right one of his wrongs. Win the state of Louisiana a championship in NewOrleans and retire for good in 2028.

I suggest LSU hire a voodo queen and conjure the spirit of Paul Dietzel and infuse it in Dan Mullen. Problem solved.

I hate it but I agree. I think LSU will sniff that it as well

Just stop....pathetic does not even begin to describe all you Saban wishcasters.

He is not, we could give him a 2-year deal to get him past that, though

Maybe the most pathetically sad thing ever posted. Good lord...you people will say you "never really believed it"...but the insane truth is that the majority thinks it could. Massive delusion. Scary.
Just start practicing the positive spin for the inevitable underwhelming and disappointing hire.

And yet here you are, a fricking gump, who has no reason to be on this board, other than to convince himself little Saint Nick isn't come back to baton rouge. The fact that there are so many of you cousin frickers on here gatekeeping is what has Vegas saying he's the next coach of LSU.

No we don’t. You want Nick Saban so you can feel as if you got a one up on bama because you’re mentally destroyed by them and it’s sad

I love that it gets folks like you all worked up.

You've been mentally destroyed by Kelly, sad to see.

Don’t ever stain this board with any mention of LeBitch LeDiddy Blames again.
