Need a new pair of lace ups but can’t find anything that I like or that has good reviews.

Merrel Moab vertex 2. Not as durable as a leather boot but definitely the most comfortable I’ve worn.

Ah. I rock Ariat slip on. Used to run Justin or Wolverine lace ups.

I was a Red Wing guy for a couple of decades when I needed steel toe boots for work purposes. Around 2012 I bought a pair of Durango Rebel steel toe slip ons and never looked back. Absolutely the most comfortable and lightest safety boots that I have ever worn.

Timberland Pro 26078. I’ve been wearing them for over 15 years in a paper mill. You will not be disappointed.

I was all Ariat for 25 years until I tried some Double H Phantom Riders. I’ve worn them almost every day for around 3 years now so safe to say they hold up well. They are composite toe and waterproof and still clean up well after all this time. I’ve been very impressed

Timberland Pro composite toes when I was pouring concrete and wearing them every day.

Irish Setters with Vibram soles.
18-20k steps a day for over a year and they are still holding up!

I'm going to bookmark this for when I need new steel toe boots. Just looked and those look nice.
I'm currently working with some Ariat Rebar steel toe lace up. Been wearing them for about 6 months for welding. One problem some shoes have when welding is slag dropping on them and burning through to your toes. I haven't had any slag melt through these yet.

Brunt Marin's are very comfortable and light with composite toes. I'd put them up there with Thorogood's.
