Because you think that means they won’t leave LSU when they have success? We’ve seen this before.

i’m not sure what the infatuation with Brohm is.

He has some high scoring offfenses at WKU almost a decade ago, but he hasn’t exactly lit the world on fire at Louisville and he was not great at Purdue

it seems like like we’ve seen his shortcoming at the P4 level than he’s shown a proven offense

Who the frick has been good at Purdue? He got them to a B1G championship game for fricks sake.
His 3 years at UL he won 10 games, 9 games, and now 7 games so far this season.

I swear yall have the most retarded fricking expectations for a coach.

I remember many years ago, I posted on here saying that he would be a good coach for us. I liked how we coached against us when he was at Western Kentucky.

He should’ve been the hire when y'all hired BK. But the arrogance of LSU requiring a “Big Name” got in the way.

Good luck getting him to leave his Alma Mater.

10 milli and an actual shot at a natty should be a pretty good reason to leave

You don't know much about Jeff Brohm then. Dude is wired different and is basically the King of Louisville. I would be borderline shocked if he ever left.

If this board existed in the fall of 1999 the Rant would have collectively HATED the Nick Saban hire. "He hasn't exactly set the world on fire. He's a .500 coach who has had one good season at Michigan St. He was blown out by Dinardo!"

I'm not saying Brohm is the guy. But what guy that has "set the world on fire" are LSU fans expecting to get?

I don't get it either.

Brohm is a good coach, but a Louisville fan started a thread on the MSB Saturday night calling him The Reverse James Franklin. "He wins big games, then loses to garbage teams."

I also don't understand why so many LSU fans believe he's a realistic target. He didn't go back home to use as a stepping stone. He literally called Louisville football "a way of life" for his family since he was born.
