I’d be in favor of CK or Doug Pederson.

Until the middle of October. Complaining about being soft under Kelly then hiring Kingsbury would be baffling

I feel like Morris from his coaching tree would be more likely

I feell.like it'd have to be someone they can announce before portal shite starts. Coming from North Texas he could be announced moving forward with pieces in place while other big names are still.coaching.

Won't break the bank.

High upside.

If he were hired for whatever reason, prepare for shootout football every single game. He has never had a defense worth a shite on any team he’s been the head coach. I don’t see that being a great direction for LSU.

He is a pretty good offensive mind. He hasn't coached college football post- House court decision. Hasn't dealt with NIL or revenue sharing.

Don't know if he would return to the college ranks either.

Why would he leave Jayden?

FWIW, I know a number of people really plugged into VT, and they interviewed him for their current opening. Went really well and VT asked for a second interview as him / Franklin were 1a 1b. Kliff declined on the feeling that if he wants to return to college this cycle as a HC he'd have better opportunities. Could be LSU, could be Florida, etc... but that's from the VT side of things.

Was going to let this one fly, but one Johnny Manziel really helped spring Kingsbury's career. So, leaving Jayden would be a challege for him.

Wasn’t he a hot commodity as a coordinator to HC prospect then he got the HC job at Texas Tech and sucked at it?

He is not a good HEAD coach. He has proven that more than once!

Any team that hires him is betting that he's Lane. Struggled as a HC while young. Went back to an OC role. Matured, and is now ready to be a HC again

I can see that, but he was never in the Nick Saban rehabilitation program, so it’s a hard NO for me.
