Pretty impressive trajectory. Wouldn’t mind giving a guy like him a shot.

I'd be on board. His pedigree of coaching QBs is pretty impressive. With his Texas connects and Louisiana skill players, offense should never be a concern with him. I'm ready for a HC that specializes in a side of the ball, I'm done with CEO types

Eric Morris (born October 26, 1985) is a highly regarded offensive mind in college football, known for his Air Raid-style schemes influenced by mentors like Mike Leach and Kliff Kingsbury. At 40 years old, he's established a reputation for developing quarterbacks (e.g., Patrick Mahomes, Chandler Morris, Cameron Ward) and explosive offenses. His career spans from quality control roles to head coaching at the FCS and FBS levels. Below is a chronological overview of his coaching positions, records, and key accolades.

Entry-level role focused on film breakdown and logistics during his early post-playing career.
2011: Houston Cougars – Graduate Assistant (Wide Receivers)
Continued player development under Tony Levine, emphasizing special teams and receivers.

I've been intrigued by Eric Morris for a while. His offense style:
Eric Morris' offensive scheme is a blend of the Air Raid principles he learned from his time with Kliff Kingsbury, incorporating balance, RPOs, and modern pass concepts. His offense is designed to be resilient, using a variety of formations and plays to keep defenses off balance, while still emphasizing a strong run game to complement the passing attack. The scheme gives the quarterback the freedom to make plays, and utilizes motions and RPOs to create mismatches and explosive plays.

I heard some scuttle about this too. If we don’t gain traction with a big fish, this guy would be a good catch in my opinion. A true offensive wizard and qb whisperer. Good chance he would keep Baker too.

I don’t mind this but I worry about his defenses.
Correct me if I’m wrong but I thought I read somewhere or saw it somewhere that his defense is currently ranked 90th in the country.
You all know how that flies at LSU
