Friday's ruling means $4bn can be temporarily withheld pending further legal hearings.
The Snap programme is issued by 42 million Americans - around one in eight - and costs almost $9bn a month.

Bring back government cheese.
The vast majority of people on these food benefits are dead beat parasites who make it a lifestyle and aren't even trying.
The entitlement these leeches have is sickening.
Free food should be the bare minimum to survive. It should suck.

I think he's insinuating that the board thinks black people will loot if SNAP isn't distributed. We all know your accusation isn't correct. There are 100s of videos online of elder white people standing in long food bank lines.
