The movie was fun, but I had a very hard time accepting he let his wife go off with a stranger to stay with the car.

Hollywood is dead with creativity, even if they remade this it would be the woke version...the hero of the move would be a black trans teenager

This. There were some completely stupid decisions made in that movie that do take you out of it a little. But it’s still fun and it’s hard to go wrong with Kirt Russell vs. JT Walsh.
