Is the admin going to do another 180 on the issue now?

Multiple states, including my own, have sent out emails already saying snap will be 100% funded. Trump has already lost because he ceded control of the country to an unelected judge in Rhode Island.

She just did a huge favor to Trump. Trump can say he was willing to pay out benefits but the court won't let him. He can no longer be blamed.

His administration said they would fund food stamps 100% based on the district judge in Rhode Island saying he had to even though fully funding that is 35ish% more than appropriated funds allow. If not for justice I cant define what a woman is an injected judge in Rhode Island now control funding in the country

Right. A rogue judge made a bad ruling. Trump, contrary to what others here claim, follows court orders. Now, the rogue judge’s order has been put on hold. This is a win for Trump.

Which makes him a coward. He talks a big game and he could be in front of the press every day blaming democrats for the shutdown but he won’t. I’m fine with the federal government never reopening but he is only blaming republicans even though they want a clean CR.

There is a non-zero chance that she doesn’t know what a stay does.

No it’s not. Holy shite. He Chose to abide by a blatantly unconstitutional usurpation of appropriation authority because he is a coward. He could have been fighting the left on the shutdown from day 1 by getting in front of the media but instead he has only attacked Republicans in the media. Yes websites say things like “the radical left shutdown “ but 0.01% of the population are looking at various executive branch websites. He has cucked out.
ETA: the executive branch is not subservient to the judicial. It is coequal. He did not appeal that unconstitutional decision he was going to comply. Thankfully someone did appeal but it wasn’t Trump

Seems like he should have been compelled to release the contingency funds from USDA. But that wasn't enough to fully fund it and the court order requesting the 109 percent does appear to be out of bounds.
I don't know if it's a win for Trump but I could see that angle. The blame is definitely shifted now though

That’s not how the law works in America. Sorry you missed 4th grade social studies class.

He’s blamed the Democrats everyday.
