I believe him, but let's be honest: nobody's going to tell their employer that they want to leave.
I make decent money and am very happy with my employer and what I do, but if another employer half-arse worth a damn comes along and offers me a 20% increase in pay, I'm probably going to consider that seriously.

I really am leary of anyone who can’t lock down a side of the ball and provide real guidance.

Oh he will leave when he gets fired in a few years. So many of these coaches need to learn to strike when the iron is hot and take a promotion. He won’t keep winning consistently there. Haynes King will leave. Eventually they will tire of him. Reality will set in.
