I think there's a couple. It's pretty easy to tell the trolls, just look at post history.

They seem to get run off.
Info gets shared about the status of things while the process is still ongoing. Something, while true in the moment, might change later. That's when you see a bunch of grown men throwing hissy fits and demonizing the insiders.
