Go to Wal-Mart or Best Buy, get a cheap antenna and watch it for free like every other 504 boy?

We should've have to do that if we are paying for a service. Just more proof that the Pels brass sucks. Just imagine the uproar if people had to go through these hoops to watch a Saints game.

Seriously? People are trying to watch this shite show.

I get it with my Fubo subscription in Gonzales. No chance in hell I would pay to watch this product

It's a cheap arse antenna. This isn't difficult.
If my choices were buy a $25 antenna and watch games for free, or pay $100/month for a bunch of different streaming services just so i can watch my local teams, i'll go jump through those hoops of screwing in a cable into the back of my tv and hanging up and antenna.

Only poor people watch games live. Why the frick can't I stream and DVR a Pelicans game in 2025 when I live 30 minutes from the arena?

I live in Atlanta, so I'm not sure how league pass works in Louisiana. But I am paying $16.99/month through Amazon Prime. Not only do I get to watch the Pelicans, but pretty much any other game I want.

How are you watching the Pels on DirecTV? I get a message saying that I do not have access to Pels games on that 676-6 channel even though I am in the right viewing area.

when i said local teams, i mean Pelicans, LSU football, basketball, baseball, Saints. I didn't mean just the Pelicans.
$16.99 amazon prime doesn't get me all of that.

Pelicans+, $99 of the season

Someone is actually paying $99 to watch this when you could be watching it for free? Gayle loves you.

I am curious how you'd prefer the pels provide their games.
Currently, you have options:
1. OTA for free with attenna anywhere in LA, MS, or AL
2. Pay 99 dollars per season to get every game streaming on any device in those 3 states on Pelicans+ (note: if you are a season ticket holder they emailed a coupon to get this for free)
3. Receive the game as part of your cable bundle on any of these providers: Cox, Charter, Mediacom, Fubo, DirecTV or DirecTV Stream, Uverse
They have pretty much covered every base. The only major one they haven't really is YoutubeTV, which is where I am guessing most complaints originate from.
However, that's not a Pelicans problem. YoutubeTVs business model does not carry local RSNs anymore. Nationally, they have 2 RSNs left: the Bay Area RSN and Philidelphia RSN. That's it.
YTV doesn't want them, and only has these 2 left because they are owned by NBC and they bundle it into their NBC carriage deal. NBC is looking to get rid of them, and once they do they will be gone from YTV
So if the issue is that you want it on YTV, well, that's not likely going to happen. And it is not a Pels issue.
The games are as accessible as ever now!

of course it is. YTTV is a huge segment of people. days of cables and wiring are nearly done. i guess i could look into directv stream. don't know much about it.

I pay monthly for the app so I can cut it off when I give up. Have had no issues. Way more dependable than the Bally's app.

And I am saying YTTV has decided that they do not want to carry local team RSNs. They have gotten out of all of them, except for 2 markets that they will exit as well soon.
Obviously Pels would love to be on it, but they can't because YTTV isn't doing it.
Thus, if that is something you want as part of your cable package, then yes you would need to look at one of the other options (directv stream/fuboTV).
