What God says about Israel

WE ALREADY KNOW YOUR POSITION!
So no need to comment.
This is for people who believe in God and the Bible.
The question asked is how you can be against Israel when God specifically has blessed Israel.
How do you reconcile that position. I’m seriously asking out of ignorance and curiosity. Hoping to learn something here. I’m asking in good faith.

Genesis 12:2–3
(God speaking to Abraham, father of Israel)
“I will make you into a great nation…
I will bless those who bless you,
and whoever curses you I will curse.”
This is the foundational covenant — direct blessing and protection.
Genesis 35:10–12
(God confirms the name “Israel” and the land promise)
“Your name is Israel…
A nation and a company of nations shall come from you…
The land that I gave to Abraham and Isaac I give to you.”

(Protection at the Red Sea)
“Do not be afraid…
The LORD will fight for you.”

As Tucker and many others have said, you should distinguish the Israeli government from the Israeli people.
I 100% support Israel and its right to flourish and defend itself.
On the other hand, I do not have to support the Israeli government who actively manipulate and propagandize against the American people and its government.

Israel means the church. In the new testament, Jesus expanded God's covenant with the jews to anyone who believes in Christ and accepts Him as Lord. This is why modern jews hate Christ and reject him and the new testamant.

I am an atheist, but I look at it like this in simple terms.
Before Christ, Israel are decedents of Jacob. Basically, ethnic Israel.
After Christ, all believers in Christ are Israel. The Church.
There is one olive tree — and both Jews and Gentiles are branches in it.

I live in predominantly Catholic area so I deal with a lot of them and family that are Catholic. They don't know anything about the Bible. They're clueless. They only pray to Mary and run with whatever the pedo at the alter says
