Someone pointed new (to me) very key point out in this video...

I hadn't noticed this before so wanted to share with others in same boat:
This video (link below) was pretty popular through the post game torching/firing of BK after the TAMU loss, where he clearly says "What are you doing Joe? You can't throw that with no f***ing timeouts?!"
I think most people saw it as a clear indictment on Sloan but saw it again today with a comment pointing out what Sloan's lips say. If you read Joe's lips, he (very calmly) responds; "Coach, we run every play past you."
Almost can see the disdain in Sloan's face. Not to say Sloan is free of sins with the offense at all, but thought this was a telling conversation.
Regardless, its all noise now. Geaux beat bama.

Not sure if that is what Sloan says.
But there was one interaction where someone said Alain responded with “what do you want me to do?” taking to mean he is calling plays that nuss could work with. Think he wanted to have MVB in there.

Funny enough, BK telling that to Sloan was one of my favorite moments of his HC tenure.

This has always been the problem with these 2.
Sloan isn’t ready for this type of job, so he needs daddy head coach to step in and adjust his play calls because he doesn’t know when and what plays to call in certain situations. It just a jumbled mix of calling whatever is in the playbook.
Kelly likes to be hands off and let his coordinators make all the calls then bitch them out when it doesn’t work.
The entire program is built on lack of accountability and finger pointing.

Perfect example of the total disconnect in the building this year. Sloan was not a good OC, but it's got to be incredibly frustrating to be a punching bag for a HC only on gameday. If BK actually gave a frick and held daily meetings with his staff, we could have avoided moments like this in game. Sloan needed his hand held, and BK was too disinterested to get more involved with the gameplan during the week rather than bitching after a playcall is made.

The first part of what Sloan says is "It was a check with me..." and then I assume it was the play call.

Wherever you got this information you would be completely wrong. The issue was Sloan was and always was pro Nuss. He did not want MVB in there. That was other members of the staff. Sloan only wanted Nuss in there. SMH

There are a million reasons to have wanted Kelly fired, but this isn't one.

When we finally realize that BK didn't so or say anything positive, it was because he was clueless on how to fix anything. Offense or defense.
The man was a coaching fraud and my ND friends warned me of exactly that. His is just an administrator and is only as good as his assts. He had nothing from a coaching standpoint to help or guide our asst coaches or players. He was and will always be a football coaching fraud....unlike anything ever at LSU.

I don't expect this from the HC, OC, and QB, but I always go back to a video I watched of CSP, Brees , and Pete Carmichael going over all of the plays the night before a game, and the looks that they want vs. Don't want, etc. Do the coaches not do something like this at all?
