Worse than Seattle and Tampa.
Change my mind.

The Saints Oline vs the Rams Dline was always going to be an awful matchup. The reports from the joint practices was that we couldn't even get a play off.

The defense did for sure. The QB looked better though….

they looked bad but the fact that the Saints couldn't sustain drives is also a direct reflection of incompetence.
I'd love to hear anyone's argument for the 13th lowest time of possession in a game in NFL history.

The Rams had numerous LONG DRIVES! Yes the offense looked bad early on (as expected), but as Shough got comfortable…..the offense had more explosiveness than with Rattler.
The Saints had ONE DRIVE in the 3rd quarter (partly thanks to Kamara), but mainly because the defense couldn’t have stopped a Jr High offense

I'm amazed, totally amazed. We knew this year was going to be crap. We knew the O line was going to struggle. We knew QB play was going to be hard to watch and the WR corps was going to need to be overhauled. But yeah it's Shough's fault.

Why don’t you quit being so fricking lazy and change our minds and tell us why we look better…. change our minds

go back and look at the time the Rams had on offense. TS did a very good job today.

Seattle and this one were both bad.
On the road against good teams, this Saints team is going to struggle. They do not have the talent to overcome mistakes and play from behind.
Against both Seattle and LA, the defense got lit up. The Seahawks game was over at halftime, and the Rams just did whatever they wanted. Did the Saints have just three second half possessions? I mean, the Rams drives were all 7-9 minutes.
The secondary looks terrible against teams with good WRs and experienced QBs. And the offense just lacks talent and imagination. Moore is calling these games like a coach who has a good defense and running game and wants to protect his quarterback. Every pass is 6 yards. The problem is: we don’t have a good defense or running game.

Defense got dominated so the offense was never on the field, and when they were they turned the ball over and couldn’t sustain 4 plays.
Every time Shough dropped back 2 guys were in his face before he had a chance to even think about looking down field
Just an all around terrible performance by everyone

What you'd like to see is the team getting a spark from making a QB change but didn't see that at all yesterday.

He got benched for Taysom Hill because we went 3 and out 3 straight possessions. Shough didn't look bad though.
We were playing the Rams so it's to be expected that we wouldn't play good.

You mean when they started playing off after being up 3 scores in the 4th lol

We were outclassed. It's a reminder of how far you have to go.
