Was watching Vampires Lovers for Halloween. Weird movie made in 1970 about a lesbian vampire who falls in love with a redhead.

The older Italian lady vampire keeps tricking trying to find ways to get Madeline out of her dress. And yes, older Italian lady vampire does suck on them it’s strongly strongly implied. The bite marks are not on her neck
