Heupel or Drink?

Assuming we don't get Lane or Freeman, I would easily take Heupel over Drink. Heupel has some big wins and has made the playoffs. Drink has neither.

Of those two choices, Eliah.
It's Coach Saban, though.

Neither. Give me Sumrall or Golesh before those two

I’d take Heupel over Kiffin and Freeman, easily.

Probably posted by a Canadian or a dummy.

You’re eating the cheese big time bro. Saban isn’t coming back to coach anywhere. I don’t care what some TD “insider” says.

No chance, the Governor would be done with either.
He shite in the bed, he needs HR hire at this point.

What's with all the Heupel threads this week? I don't even dislike him as a coach, but he seems as tough a get as Kiffin.
And aren't their salaries about the same? Heupel shouldn't be treated like an easily attainable backup plan.

Do what?

I asked if their salaries are the same, which I believe they are. Tennessee is also a better program than Ole Miss, and it's not like they don't have money. Oh yeah, and Heupel made the CFP before Lane.
How exactly is Heupel a realistic fallback plan if we don't get Kiffin?

Do you understand that it is much easier to win a championship at LSU, rather than Tennessee or Ole Miss? No one at LSU wants Heupel, you just keep talking him up.

Where did I say otherwise?

I don't want him either. But he's a good coach, and the OP is making it sound like Tennessee and Mizzou are on the same level, and we can just take Heupel when he would likely be as expensive as Lane to pull. This isn't hard to understand.

Why do you want huepel so badly, you are literally known as the heupel guy on here, are you a volunteer just trying to offload him on us?

Heupel isn't leaving Knoxville, except maybe for OU.
Maybe we should be looking at Drinkwitz since Baker wasn't fired
