At the beginning of the week, all the national and regional football media world were calling us a top 3 job in the nation and definitely the top this cycle.
I wonder if they re-ranked them what they would say now. I wouldn’t touch this shite if I’m at all an established coach.
We now have narrowed it down to second tier up and comers. Not even the first tier guys.

We do look bad now. But, time heals all. Realistically we won’t hire a coach until

I don’t understand all the hand wringing and crying.
No matter where you coach, in order to keep your job you have to win. Period.
It doesn’t matter who your boss is. If you don’t win, you don’t keep your job. All coaches understand this.
Nothing has changed in regards to LSU being an elite job.
We are still in the SEC
We still have an elite recruiting base
We still have all our great facilities
We still have a huge, rabid fan base
We still have major boosters.
What’s the problem exactly????
