Texas Police visit home of disabled U.S. Navy veteran for exercising freedom of speech

regarding comments he made online about the Jewish Community & Israel.
If he was making threats they would have shown up with a warrant and arrested him.
Since they didn't arrest him then they were just there to intimidate him for exercising free speech that some tyrannical government official didn't like.
Good on him for telling these brainless/gutless order followers to F off.
I like how "10 Gallon Hat" guy just had to stay a few seconds and pretend to jot something down.
He just couldn't stand the citizen ordering him off the property.
That was his pathetic little act of defiance towards the pesky citizen

If you think the cops self-initiated this, you are out of your mind. Some busybody neighbor or keyboard warrior/queen called in a complaint.

I fully support his right to post whatever online, as long as it is not a legitimate threat. Kudos to him for exercising his rights to chase them off of his property. And I love the “stay off of the lawn”. 
With that being said, I would like to know exactly what he said online.

Some agencies have a policy where they respond to every call/complaint. Stupid and a waste of time/resources.

If he was making threats it is a crime, everything else is free speech.
Had he been making threats they would have simply shown up with a warrant and arrested him.
Since they didn't do that then he was obviously merely exercising free speech.

I don’t know what was said or anything about the guy, but when it comes out that a mass shooter was known to the police or the FBI we question why they didn’t look into the shooter more or take tips seriously. Now they do and people question why they are looking into the guy.
Do we wait until after the shootings or ask the person questions before?
