I'll give the man this, he's 79 years old and has the energy of a 21 year old and he loves his fast food.
So maybe all these so called experts are wrong as far as the food we eat.
Does obviously help that he never drank alcohol or smoked.

He's always moving around and staying busy. That has a great positive effect on health. The more stationary you are and less mentally stimulating things you do, the faster you age.
