Pretty sure she’s getting kicked off the bench if it hasn’t happened already.
Lied about military service & a police report.

If removed from the bench, she can always go to Southern Law School to teach Entitled 101.

What would interest you is she claimed to be a CPT in the USA. Se was in fact a 1LT that was not recommended for 03 (or retention).
If she was a 27A this would be a near impossibility (03 is guaranteed) and the only way it could happen would be a serious UCMJ violation or she failed the Jag OBC (not uncommon).
It never went deep enough to get in to MOS she may not have been a 27A and her conduct was such at 01 and 02 she was non retained. Dont know but 03 is a layup if you have a pulse (and time in grade).

I think she was a nurse when she was in the army. She doubled down on some of the lies during her investigation.

She indicates she was a 66 series (Army Nurse) at the time. She says she was in for fourteen years. She had to have been enlisted first before her commissioning. No way she spent fourteen years in the Army and did not get promoted to captain.

I learned from article Eboni Johnson Rose was allowed to return to the court, but the other judges then removed her from criminal cases. Most of Baton Rouge’s district judges are such a joke.
McCallum questioned Rose being allowed to return, but the Judiciary Committee wants to remove this judge.
quote:
Baton Rouge Judge Eboni Johnson Rose returned to the 19th Judicial District Courthouse on June 26th but her colleagues quickly voted to remove her from hearing criminal cases. That’s according to a court order signed by the judge herself.
In fact, ten out of 14 active judges in the 19th JDC signed the order to move Johnson Rose to civil proceedings. She will now hear cases solely comprised of civil cases beginning in August, according to that order.
McCallum questioned Rose being allowed to return, but the Judiciary Committee wants to remove this judge.
quote:
“Every case is different, every case is going to have a different set of facts, every case is going to have a different level of cooperation from the respondent judge,” Beaty said.
“So you can be incompetent, and cooperate, and everything’s forgiven,” McCallum responded.
“I don’t think everything was forgiven in that case,” Beaty said.
“Well, that’s a difference of opinion,” McCallum said.
