Why do you want him to be the coach? What has he done in the last 2 decades of his life to where you think he would be a good fit as the coach of LSU?

You know what we need? Maybe a coaches board where we could discuss every possible candidate. With different categories too. That'd be neat.

Might as well throw Jack Del Rio's name in the hat while we're at it

Easily should be the #1 candidate, since we know Kiffin isn't leaving Ole Miss. He's expressed a want to coach in the SEC, he lives and breathes football, with NIL and transfer portal could plug and play. Could and would adjust in game. Most of the armchair nancy's don't like his personality, so it has nothing to do with him being a good fit, it's a personality thing for them. He's active in the social media sphere which fits well with recruiting, he's good with QB's, has a rolodex of assistance he would call on. Could be in place before the season is over. Seems pretty obvious to me.

Yea, I suppose you're right because these names really get you fired up....
Sumrall
Brady
Franklin
Drinkwitz
Brohm
Key
FIsher
Lea
Lashlee
Dillingham
Mullen
Golesh
Campbell
Let's say it's LSU vs Florida, and Gruden is on one side and any of these are on the other, what do you think the chances are?

His last college coaching job was in 1989 at Pacific. That aside he had a losing record 6 of his last 10 seasons as an NFL coach. He is t the coaching savant some of you think.

Comparing any year pre portal NIL is pretty sound logic.

How about Miss Terry? She stands the same chance of getting the job as him.

Why not Bobby Bowden or Bill Bellichick while we are discussing dinosaurs?

Cute jokes. Most opposition to Gruden is jokes and "No".
