Some years a 9-3 team is going to get in. I don't have really any hope of us winning out though. This is more of a Mayonnaise Bowl type of team.

It's better odds than you would think. Given the narrative that you could attach to it, I'd say 50/50 if they win out convincingly

This season there will be 10-2 teams that do NOT get into the CFP. 9-3 has no shot UNLESS that teams wins a Power 4 conference title.
