Would HR exist if women were still at home and not in the workplace?

This entire industry seems to be created specifically to over complicate shite that likely used to get resolved by men over a little aggressive confrontation and maybe a few glasses of whiskey. Issue resolved, let’s get back to work.

HR is a byproduct of our over legalization of society. The laws and regulations that come from having far too many lawyers and laws.

The department is dominated by women in every large organization I've worked.

But then we wouldn't get priceless moments like at the Oasis concert.

Old School Personnel guy named Carl : Hey, Pimp, we need ya down at personnel. Bring a box.
Pimp: Well, frick.

HR is there to keep managers from getting the company sued for doing stupid shite.

HR is pretty much useless. Most of the departments are run by fat cows with some trade school certificate trying to Lord over everyone else, yet they're not capable of understanding complex issues of the companies they're supposed to be a "resource" for. They can get fricked.

HR exists mainly to catch lawsuits before they happen

Those who can, do
Those who can’t, teach
Those who can’t teach, coach PE
Those who can’t coach, work in HR.

Society was way more productive and functional when we had bullying and mid afternoon drinks at the workplace, throw in smoking cigarettes while we are at it.
We used to do things like go to the moon or build great things. Now we have feminized men doing happy flappy childish synchronized dance til tok videos with their female co-workers and recieving LGBTQ+ awareness seminars.

FMLA was the fuel that put HR in charge of pretty much every business.

One HR chick where I once worked acted more like a union rep than a company employee. She would do anything to keep you from firing someone.

For them, firing someone is work, and it could lead to even more work.
They don't like work.

Explain how this doesn't apply to the typical HR representative.

The old-time bullies and drunks never wore dresses, except maybe occasionally in the privacy of their own home.
The other purpose y'all are missing is that it is a source for a lot of highly titled female jobs.
What other career paths are there for all those holders of a Bachelor of Psychology degree who flunked out of their Mrs. program?
