Unless the Americans can figure the whole Air thing then no. Any competent military will just take up defensive position and you’ll have no shot against a military with long range capabilities and air power.

No. Even our own military would be unable to come close to doing it.
I say this having been sent to train the Canadian military while still serving in the US Army, Canada's military strength and abilities are impressive. We should know, we've contributed heavily towards it.

They would have armor and air. US civilians would not have armed airplanes.
