In a nation $37T in debt where people drive $90k pickup trucks on 84 month notes a $100 giant skeleton is where you draw the line?
If people have fun with it and it adds to how children enjoy October what’s the issue exactly?

In other news, Thousands take to social media threatening to riot or warning of violence if their govt cheese isn’t delivered in a timely fashion.

I agree but I did spend a lot on a tall skeleton and a couple other decorations. Nothing crazy. We also make a couple hundred candy bags to hand out.
Waste of money, probably, there’s enough BS in the world that I want kids to remember something good from their childhoods.

Not just spending but where do people find space for this shite? House around me has a 12 ft skeleton, 12 ft Jack Skellington, and life sized Jason.

Les Miles has clearly lost control of LSU-themed Halloween decorations.

You don't have to spend any money if you don't want to.
Let other people have their fun, and go on with your life.

The journey of a $90k pickup truck payoff begins with one $100 bill.

I live in a very popular neighborhood for trick or treating. I did it the first year but then saw how many folks come in from other neighborhoods. I’m dark and radio silent on Halloween.

Yeah the giant ones cost a lot more. That was a lowball estimate. I saw a dog skeleton for $129 at Walmart a couple of weeks ago. I was shocked.
Of course the savvy people rush out the day after Halloween to buy clearance.
There’s a house in my neighborhood with probably 200 skeletons all dressed differently in the front yard. I don’t want to know what that cost.
