He’s telling reporters this week that we’re still in it. Lol. He’s a politician and thinks everyone is stupid. He’s cooked as a coach. Woodward is working to find the money and pool it together. May take another year.
Conversely, Woodward should fire him now with no sitting LSU President. No one is going to want to walk in to LSU’s Presidency and have to pay a $43M buyout. This could delay his firing for an additional two years.
We just need BK to “step away for personal reasons” and be done with him.

Its non-threatening. He is not in jeopardy of being fired. There is a lot that has to happen for him to lose his job prior to 2027. He would need to have 2 straight seasons at this point at or below .500.

I think the optics of a loss in an empty stadium against a top 3 team while ranked in the top 25 may sink him entirely and get him fired.
I am not a fan of the "boycott" thing in sports in general, but can you imagine if truly almost nobody showed up this weekend and we got beaten in an embarrassing fashion again?
