Wrong.. the Brandon Harris and Jennings years were bleak.

Also ‘21 was really bleak.

I was thinking about this the other day and it’s amazing that I thought we could beat Alabama with the QB’s and offense we had. Might be even more amazing we almost did beat them a couple times

Nah, this is worse, baw. Back in '21 we had deep pockets and we all knew the ceiling was high. Now, we're in shambles again and can't afford to buy our way out of Woody's Contract from Hell. Back then we knew relief was only months away. Not the case today.

Sucks, man.

It's because we've had 2 heismans in the last 6 seasons, But!!! since Joe we have not sniffed playoffs in 6 seasons

we are underdogs to our little brothers Ole Miss, Vandy and A$M and we're going to get whipped by our daddy Alabama in 3 weeks

so the hopelessness is from our product of mid teir at best...

it's no fun right now

The program is absolutely not in “shambles.” I totally disagree with that.

No, he’s right. Just bad versus hopeless is two completely different things.

Amateur. Try arriving on campus your freshman year and Curley Hallman is the coach. Then watching DiNardo win the West twice only to go 2-8 in his last year. This sucks, but I've seen this fan base completely detached from LSU football and have seen 35,000 people in that stadium before.

Try living through Mike Archer and Curlly Hallman. That was hopeless, but what sux is this comes real close.

Now THAT s new. 35k at a LSU game? Never get that bad now - it just couldn’t. …… ……..

Right?

Tell me this is as bad as it gets. CBK is bad, but it’s not like it’s THAT bad. Kelly’s a professional. …… ……. right?

From a cultural/program standpoint it’s not. From a coaching standpoint it absolutely is.

It's definitely the most DISAPPOINTED I have been about a season. Like most, I was fooled by the Clemson game.

With the new OL and all the transfer talent, I thought the team would get better and better each week. Vanderbilt exposed how bad we are with the fundamentals on offense. What a contrast between our OL and their's.

The fact that we let ourselves have any sort of optimism going into that year where Hatch was the starter is down right hilarious.
