Next Season for Kelly

-He will make a change(whether forced or on his own) at OC and OL coach
-He will use Van Buren or hit the portal for someboday that can start immediately. He needs to find his JD5 while he has a good D. This is why i think he needs to use MVB some in this season to evaluate him.
Kelly knows his seat is getting warm because he made a terrible DC hire that cost LSU and JD5 a championship. Then he makez a great DC hire in Baker and makes sloan the OC. So he promotes a bad OC and keeps a bad OL coach when we couldnt run the ball consistently with NFL talent.
So Kelly has failed to put a staff together that is decent on both sides of the ball.

No reason not to expect to miss the playoffs again. Only can hope to catch lightning in a bottle with BK.

We lose a lot on defense after this season and it would not shock me if Baker left.
Next year’s defense may struggle.
This was the year to make a run and we didn’t.

The correct term is "Complimentary Staffing." A reporter needs to ask BK if he is satisfied that he has achieved complimentary staffing!

Most of the staff will bolt. BB will take a HC job. It will be a rebuild year like 2022'. CBK sucks. Down hill from here.

He just does not have the aptitude for this job. That much is clear. He seems clueless in some ways looking at this crap offense.
