I haven’t completed mine yet.

Has anyone experienced any significant increases in their premiums?

Less than 1.5% medical. Dental and vision are like 3% each.

Completely out of control.
We have people giving back 30%+++ of their retirement income in premiums let alone co-pays, deductibles, drugs, dentals, etc
100% a scam.
Crap going on like patients with strokes and heart attacks with no "pre-admit" having claims denied.
Where is the Go Fund Me for Liugi? Hope he walks after the jury total blows off the prosecution.

I lucked out this year because my company was purchased by a much bigger and better funded company. My rates actually went down by a few percentage points but my (medical) maximum out-of-pocket decreased by around $2K, my copay decreased by around 25% and my life insurance payout amount increased by $230K.

Dental and Vision remained basically unchanged. They're garbage.

Mrs. Axe's rates increased roughly 8% but her company is growing quickly and now offering a 401K with up to 8% match.

Overall we feel blessed to have come out pretty damn good. I know we're among the fortunate few.

About a 15% increase for us, company is absorbing half of it and kicking an extra 1K contribution to HSA. So only a 6-7% increase on my end.

Obamacare was designed intentionally to increase healthcare costs for working class Americans in order to subsidize those who choose not to work. Hence premiums will always increase over time and will never decrease. This is a feature, not a bug, and it was by design.
