Guarantee hell be back for playoffs. Sucks for the Bucs though they're having terrible injury luck

Good thing they forced the ball to him for his 1000 yard season last year

Mike Evans has been incredibly consistent throughout his career, but he just turned 32, and he’s now injured.

Unfortunately, this injury might be more than season altering.

Marshawn was the baddie. Everybody else in the entire league likes and respects Evans.

Character and Professionalism:

Evans has a reputation for being an exemplary professional and a true team player. He causes almost no drama off the field and is consistently nominated for the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award by his own team. Other players respect someone who is focused, dominant, and humble.

He won't get the 1000 yard season record now though.

In fairness to the Texans offense, that drop by Nico in the 1st quarter was absolutely brutal. Cost them points for sure and who knows what else

Any physicians want to help us plebes out?

I would think compared to a lower body fracture or a torn ligament, a broken clavicle would be up the preferred injury list

Yeah, I broke my clavicle when I was two years old and never had any problems later on.

It’s more to do with his age, rather than the specific injury. His clock is ticking, and we’ve seen it many times before with WRs over 30 missing significant time with any kind of injury.

They are never the same once they return.

Hes really not THAT old but obviously a ton of mileage and hes huge. Megatron retired at 30(?) so cant blame Evans if he wants to walk away before he turns 33.

He’s old and the streak being gone may be permission to step away

He’s the 7th oldest WR this year, and may be the actual oldest next year.

Assuming theilen is done, at youngest framing he will be top 3-4 oldest and within a year of #1

He’s definitionally the guy that is THAT old

I'm anti-bucs, but arguably the most underrated WR the past decade

11 straight 1k seasons to start his career
12.8K yards
106 TDs

sucks for him, but damn tampa got themselves a new young WR#1

Bucs are the most overrated team in the NFL

They won 3 straight games on the last possession to come from behind against bad teams
