To the young people who have never had any responsibility, they offer the allure of never having to grow up. The government becomes their new parents- they pay for everything, allow them to live a life of leisure, and even tell them what to do. This is what they’re being indoctrinated with in school. Everyone is equal. No one has to compete.

Its base is welfare recipients, people with alternative lifestyles, and leftist academics. I expect to see Muslims becoming a larger part of their enclave not because they agree with the ideology, but because they see a power vacuum with opportunity for leadership.

It’s feminized. So if you approach problems from a feminine perspective the Dems are your jam. It’s a party for people who think having a thought is the equivalent to a fact. And 95% of the time those thoughts wil be about “ correcting “ other people- being VERY involved in the lives of others, judging them, improving them, ruining them, coercing them, punishing them etc.Nothing but grievance and resentment.
