One of my best friends had a business in VNZ. At the time, the previous dictator was in office.

The country decided to nationalise (nationalize?) that particularly industry and literally stole over $2M worth of conveyors from my friends company. What the govt didn't know, however, is that my friend had taken out an insurance policy against his equipment.....thankfully.

In my industry, there are an assortment of hands out looking for kickbacks otherwise you're out of luck. Not to mention FCPA violations so we stopped altogether. Anyone buying or selling anything into/out of VNZ are 100% bribing people.

Remember when Marxists steal it's called 'expropriation'. And how else do you expect Marxists to have any industry if not stealing from capitalists? What are they supposed to do, build it themselves?

Socialist democrats and communist steal.......it's the way there are. Eventually they turn on the people who voted them in. The Cuban People are literally starving to death - while the Cuban communist leaders live in luxury.

As for Venezuela. The stories there are equally heartbreaking. Like the daughter who left her ailing mother in the hallway of an ER with others. The ER didn't have the medication her mother desperately needed. So the daughter left her mother in a wheelchair in the hallway and went looking for a supplier for the medication.

She was able to find the medication, and rushed back to her mother waiting in that ER hallway. Too late, while she was gone her mother died (alone) in that hallway.

You can vote socialist communism in, but you'll have to shoot your way out. Remember this, that's why democrats in this country demonize privately owned weapons. They want that Oval Office and they want those guns.

This is an absolute truism = and if not for Trump's victory in '15 we'd have been on that track by now.

The current leadership of the democrat party must be totally sidelined and their successors need to make a convincing statement to the American people about what the hell their true objective is. At this point - with this leadership - we have no choice but to interpret every statement they make as an absolute propaganda based lie. They have NO trustworthy people as the federal level - and none that I know of at the state level. I trust that some local DEMs are true Americans, but the evidence for their existence is becoming more scarce all the time.

We need a NEW opposition party to rigorously challenge the GOP - I do not trust GOP with absolute control by any means - absolute control always turns into despotism.

This current Democult party has so tarnished its already despicable past that I see no way of maintaining it for any level-headed patriot.
