Im not a medical doctor, allthough I would like to think i couldve been one had I tried hard enough, but a bruise is no big deal, don't we all get bruises all the time, kids no less, and just just rub some dirt on them and play on?

It typically requires rest to fully heal. I’d be surprised if he doesn’t miss a game or two.

Bone bruise is different than a regular bruise. More painful

Injuries happen. One of the reasons we spent so much money for depth. Next man up

I got a bone bruise on my hip playing flag football in college. It’s not a normal bruise, for the first couple of days I thought I was the first 21 year old to ever break their hip.

Weeks was on the field for the last defensive play of the SC game. He's a dog, think he plays.

Who said it happened in the game? Could have happened at practice, or in Landrys bed.

Landry got his arse with a hammer while he was sleeping & shaved his head like Samson

A bone bruise is painful as shite. I had a bone bruise in my knee about 3 years ago. Took 6 weeks to fully heal. I know he is tough but I can’t see how he could go full contact after a week. I’m a pretty tough dude and I would have cried like a huge pussy if I had contact on my knee after a week of the injury. You can’t really shoot it up to deaden it either. There is damage to the internal tissue of the bone that pain killers can’t touch.

A bone bruise is a serious issue. It’s not not like what we consider as a bruise. It’s more like a micro-fracture of the bone.
