You clearly don’t understand the issue. The 10th Amendment applies to issues not specifically enumerated in the Constitution. Your ignorance of the immigration powers given to the Feds in the Constitution (and upheld recently by the Supreme Court) doesn’t mean they don’t exist. It just means you’re ignorant.

Pritzker needs to be arrested now for treason, insurrection and openly violating federal authorities ability to do their jobs. Border security is a federal, not a state issue. It’s time for Trump to make an example of him.
