Best Daily Supplements and Superfood Products

Boron Thread has sent me into a frenzy researching the best supplements to complement my active lifestyle while also strengthening immunity, cardiovascular, hormonal, and brain health. I live life on the go and wholesome foods rarely receive priority.
I am about ready to pull the trigger on some beets powder, and Jocko Greens.
What are yall taking? And what are the benefits of those supplements?

Lions Mane is great for brain health.

Thanks.
I am interested in FrogFuel as well. Any experience with this? It's not your typical protein and dont know if it could be combined with whey and/or casein. I mainly want it for the bone joints and ligaments.

Make sure you can deal with the taste of Frog Fuel. I tried one, and have never bought another.

None of these has been better for me than my daily weightlifting, running, and good sleep, and although it may be largely superfluous for those reasons, it’s been awesome by me.
AG1
Vit D/K2 (2000IU)
Omega-3 (2000mg)
Zinc (50mg)
Urolithin A (600mg)
NAC (500mg)
Ashwaganda (500mg)
Magnesium glycninate (360mg)
Creatine (10-15g)
L-theanine/GABA nighttime gummies (2)
A clarity and memory blend with lions mane/cordyceps/reishi/other stuff
The beneficial uses of these have been discussed ad nauseum, on this board and others, but I’d be happy to answer any questions.

I occasionally have 1-2 pouches of the caffeine free Frog Fuel (blue raspberry flavored I believe). It’s basically just 16g of collagen protein. If my joints or tendons start feeling fatigued, I’ll take one or two for a couple days around the symptoms. They taste perfectly fine to me, but it is literally just goo, so I could see the displeasure some may feel.
Edit: I don’t know how much it actually helps. It’s not like an analgesic or anything, but it can’t hurt. The brand totes its recovery benefits, but I take it largely as a precaution and since I’ve lost a ton of weight, I want to keep my skin elasticity as high as possible.

Are any of those vitamins condensed into one big pill? That's a lot of pills to take.

Vitamin d
Creatine
Magnesium
Omega 3
These 4 are generally considered your best bang for buck supplements that have the most empirical support. I’ve dabbled in all kinds of stuff but you can feel confident starting with those.

Olive oil. I take 2 tablespoons before bed.

Most of us, especially those that train, are deficient in zinc and magnesium. I take a ZMA supplement for that.
Creatine
Vitamin D if you don't get a lot of sun.

I am not quite sold on this one yet.
Does anyone else use this? A fountain of youth pill that is.

Not taking it as a fountain of youth pill. In conjunction with lifting, creatine and rest, it's a pretty well proven to be a good supplement.
Positive Take: Many users report experiencing increased energy levels, improved sleep, and reduced joint pain after taking Tru Niagen. Some also note a feeling of overall well-being and improved cognitive function.

I don’t remember where I heard this, so it may be false, but my understanding was that oral NAD has insufficient absorption properties and IV is the only effective way to supplement. I just ordered a 60 day dose of 300mg Tru Niagen brand to try out either way.

I think I had the berry flavor, the smell was not berry like, which influences what you taste.
FWIW, if you make good bone broth in an Instant Pot, the amount of creamy oily goodness that comes out of the chicken or beef bones is damn, damn tasty. We used to give my kids an espresso cup shot of it at least once a week. Even if it was cold, it was so, so good. You can freeze it in 16 ounce containers for each week and heat up a shot in the microwave each day.
